    Description

    The Portable Winch PCA-1310 Pulling Plate for Vehicles provides an excellent anchor point on an ATV or other all terrain vehicle.
    It is an ideal hitch anchor for ropes or chains and fits towing balls up to 2" in diameter, making it very simple to attach a rope or chain choker.
    Place the Pulling Plate over a ball hitch and fasten the load to it. Attach a rope to the 2" post or place a chain link into the slotted plate to pull the load. The safest pulling point on a vehicle results from pulling from the axle level.
    The PCA-1310 Pulling Plate is a great accessory to use together with the PCA-1290 Skidding Cone, PCA-1295 Choker Chain, or any length of 1/2" diameter rope.
